Location: Remote Based With Travel Around The Midlands Area
My client is a well-established Food & Beverage business who have built a great reputation based on innovation, sustainability and quality.
They are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. The successful Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction across key clients within the Foodservice channel. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for coffee and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities include:
* Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving sales growth within existing accounts.
* Strategic Planning: Create and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss new opportunities, and address any concerns.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
The Ideal Key Account Manager Candidate:
* Must have proven sales experience working within the Coffee experience industry.
* Must have strong knowledge of the food service sector with proven experience of growing key accounts.
* Strong communication skills to all levels.
* Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
