Job Description Due to company growth, we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a dynamic and growing company in Scarborough. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they sign up until the completion of their journey. We are looking for individuals with a background in office-based Customer Service or Account Management, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a driven starter with the determination to achieve the best results. Some of the Client Services Executive responsibilities will be: Welcoming new clients and ensuring they have all they need at the beginning of their journey and beyond Cultivating relationships with our premium clients and enhancing their experience with us Attend company run events, networking and building relationships with your premium clients Securing client referrals to expand sales opportunities Gathering client testimonials and compiling case studies Overseeing and evaluating Trust Pilot reviews while actively encouraging clients to leave feedback Motivating clients to attend events to maximise the benefits of their experience Collecting customer satisfaction survey results and developing action plans to continuously enhance our client experience Understanding and meeting our business KPIs Managing the payment collection process to ensure clients meet their payment obligations and working with them when they are unable to make their monthly installments This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (9 am - 5 pm) with a salary of £27,000. As part of the role, you will have the opportunity to attend exciting company events, including two nights away per month and three nights away four times a year. Additionally, you will also attend a monthly Zoom event from the comfort of your home. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
