As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you'll look after residents' different needs to enable quality, person-centred care and support. Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Respect residents' dignity and preferences while creating a warm and welcoming environment.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
