Interested in joining our team as an office coordinator, working within a dynamic and welcoming recruitment office, based in the centre of Maidstone?
This is a temporary role paying £12phr, Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week.
Temp to perm available for the right candidate.
What You'll Do:
1. Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
2. Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
3. Volume recruitment - screening job applications and assessing suitability for specific roles.
4. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
5. Arranging and managing interviews.
6. Carrying out all necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy, relevant legislation, and client-specific onboarding processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Customer service focused.
2. Motivated and enthusiastic.
3. Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis.
4. Strong administrative skills.
5. Experience in working to tight deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or a related field is preferred.
