Are you passionate about crafting unique, immersive travel experiences and building meaningful client relationships? Join us as a Tailor Made Sales Consultant and bring dream adventures to life for direct clients and travel agent partners in the UK & EU region.
In this role, you’ll use your travel industry expertise, ideally from a travel agency or tour operator background to design and sell tailor-made itineraries. You’ll connect with clients and partners by phone, email, and live chat, delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way.
With a focus on Sustainable Experience-Rich Travel, you’ll help travellers embark on unforgettable journeys, supporting our mission to create adventures that benefit local communities and the environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Maximise tailor-made sales through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
* Collaborate closely with our Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to craft bespoke itineraries.
* Provide exceptional service to travellers and travel agents, ensuring each journey is memorable and meaningful.
This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week in our vibrant Brixton office. The approved salary for this position is £31,290, plus a great benefits package and many awesome perks.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
* Sales Techniques & Lead Management - Strong understanding of sales techniques, with experience in lead tracking and follow-ups to achieve revenue targets. Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
* Relationship Building - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and travel agents to drive conversions and encourage repeat bookings.
* Customer Service Excellence - Skilled in providing a responsive, client-centred service across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) to foster repeat business and positive feedback. Experience in handling complaints with professionalism is a plus.
* Product Knowledge & Itinerary Design - Knowledge of travel products and sustainable travel experiences, with the ability to create bespoke itineraries by collaborating with DMCs and third-party operators.
* Attention to Detail in Sales and Bookings - Competency in accurately entering and managing booking details, costs, and payments, using internal booking systems and Salesforce.
* Team Collaboration & Flexibility - Team-oriented approach with flexibility to assist with FIT and co-branded tours as needed.
