You will be working for a well-established, growing business that is seeking an energetic Credit Controller to join their team. This service provider has over 700 employees across the UK and has plans to continue that growth.
This is a full-time, fully remote position working 9-5:30 with flexibility on working hours. Key duties will include:
1. Proactively chasing customers including key accounts.
2. Managing queries from start to finish.
3. Identifying potential high-risk customers.
4. Building relationships with internal & external customers.
5. Other ad hoc tasks including reporting.
To be considered, you must have at least 12 months of Credit Control experience. Despite the role being 100% remote, you must live in the Greater Manchester area or a reasonable distance from Manchester to participate in social events and occasional meetings in the office.
