Wise May are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable Consultancy company based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company that rewards hard work.
Duties to include:
* Provide effective administrative support to the team.
* Deal with client enquiries and take accurate messages.
* Maintain client/contact database.
* Assist the team in following Management System procedures.
* Comply with office policies relating to recycling and minimising energy usage.
* Event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements.
Skills:
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
