We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Trade Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be the first to respond to inbound phone calls to the Trade Office
Supporting the National Accounts Manager with order imports and day to day management
Supporting the Ecommerce Accounts Manager with responding to tickets and day to day processes
Supporting the Customer Services Manager with resolving aftersales issues
Supporting Trade Account Managers with general requests and holiday cover in their absence
To be successful in the role, the ideal Candidate will have:
1+ Years in Administrative role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Experience of using customer online channels or Orderwise is preferred
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, accuracy, and excellent communication skills
Logical and systematic
Ability to interact with all customers in a calm manner
Ability to listen to and implement instructions without fail from management
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch break. Depending on your work management additional hours may be required during peak season.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From £26,000-£30,000 per year
