What will you do?
As an Area Sales Manager, you will represent our premium products, such as industrial doors, dock levellers, and loading solutions. You are responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding our market position, and driving revenue growth.
In practice, this means:
* Building relationships: Maintain and expand a network with architects, contractors, developers, and end clients in your region.
* Seizing opportunities: Identify new projects and market trends, participate in design meetings, and offer tailor-made solutions.
* Achieving results: Close deals through a combination of technical advice, strong relationships, and a clear understanding of client needs.
* Adding value: Conduct site surveys and follow-ups to provide clients with exceptional service and foster long-term partnerships.
Who are you?
* Experienced in sales: At least 3 years of experience in the construction, real estate, or logistics sector.
* Network-oriented: You have an existing network in the Midlands and know how to leverage it effectively.
* Technically minded: Affinity with technical products like prefab structures or loading solutions is a plus.
* Customer-focused: You have excellent communication skills and excel at building relationships.
* Results-driven: You are determined to generate new business and expand existing client accounts.
