Maintenance Manager
Permanent Full Time - 0.10 EFT (80 hours/fortnight)
REDHS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to fill the role of Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will coordinate REDHS building and maintenance services and assist the Director Corporate Services in capital works, project management and budget achievements. The role also has responsibility for Engineering and Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Contractors and Services, Grounds, Home Care gardening services and REDHS' motor vehicle Fleet.
Salary range: $35 - $39 per hour, dependent on experience.
