To support service expansion and development Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Oral Services has a vacancy for a full time Registered Dental Nurse to work in our dedicated Princess Alexandra Dental Wing.
This is a full-time role ( hours per week), but we welcome part-time applications with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be supported by Principal Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to undertake all relevant forms of dental nursing care and patient management; and be expected to act in an accountable manner, adhering to relevant codes of conduct and policies.
This interesting and varied role involves a range of clinical and administrative duties.
Our service provides specialist multidisciplinary dentistry to a full range of patients including those who are medically compromised and those with learning and/or physical disabilities.
We are looking for a flexible, motivated and enthusiastic qualified dental nurse to provide a high quality service to patients. The successful candidate will be well presented, demonstrate good communication skills and a 'can do' attitude. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are also essential.
