Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Band 3 Directorate Support Secretary to support the Trauma Directorate for 12 months on a fixed term or secondment basis.
The post holder is required to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Trauma Directorate and wider workforce to ensure an efficient and smooth running will be hardworking, flexible and organised, have secretarial experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, along with experience of Diary Management and minute taking.
Main duties of the job
Main duties will include (but are not limited to): liaising with other departments, organising electronic diaries, maintaining records, taking minutes at Directorate meetings and preparing papers for relevant meetings.
