The Abbeyfield Society is a national charity helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation in older people by providing companionship in our supported housing accommodation, retirement apartments, and care homes.

The Role
We are looking for a friendly and diligent individual to assist in our Crosby service at meal times.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Preparation of beverages including a selection of hot drinks
* Efficient serving of food and clearing of tables, ensuring the dining area and kitchen cleanliness is maintained
* Management of dish washing area
Our ideal candidates for our Restaurant Staff will have the following qualities:
* An excellent communicator, understanding the needs of older people
* Active listening skills, to be thorough and pay attention to detail
* Able to lone work and collaborate with staff as one team
* Proactive, organised, with great time management, taking pride in what you do
