An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at Head Office. Job Title: Administrator Reports to: Head of HR Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 21 Hours a Week, school hours and flexible working considered Place of work: Head Office Autism Anglia is a well-established charity providing direct provision for people within the Autistic Spectrum from pre-school to adults. We provide a range of services to enable autistic people to live as independently as possible and experience choice and inclusion in society. The Role: Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities, including assisting the HR Team in the efficient operation of the administration function. Supporting the recruitment team with onboarding and compliance Carry out HR administration duties including staff DBS rechecks, HR personnel information checks, tidy up/ review current staff personnel files to ensure compliance Maintaining the recruitment system and keep it up to date General clerical duties i.e. filing, typing documents and correspondence, photocopying, scanning, sending emails, laminating, outgoing mail. Answering the phone in a timely and customer-focussed manner. Utilising the HRIS system for daily processing of tasks. Maintaining accurate employee records. Preparing basic payroll data. Maintain the electronic filing systems.
