We are searching for a talented and motivated Account Executive in the Media & Agency sector, who will effectively account manage numerous large corporate relationships for the brand at present. The following will be a pivot for wider business operations in maximising communication potential, building further clientele relations, & growing brand exposure. The client involved offers services across multiple sectors & has a very large portfolio of consistent & repetitive customers they are looking to grow potentially. Description Key responsibilities consist of: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients Act as a vendor for client request Implement sales strategies to achieve targets Ensure regular quality assurance checks are conducted by all team members, both locally and within the Global Hub, to maintain adherence to best practice standards when setting up campaigns Monitor campaign performance and pacing to ensure expected outcomes are achieved, troubleshooting and optimising as needed to enhance results Collaborate with Executives, Senior Executives, and the Global Hub team to generate precise and detailed weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often using Microsoft Excel, and lead client calls to present findings when required Provide performance commentary that offers valuable insights and actionable recommendations for clients, identifying trends and suggesting platform-specific strategies to capitalise on opportunities or mitigate risks Deliver high-quality presentations to clients Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity Participate in networking events to promote the company and its services Serve as the primary social point of contact for clients, ensuring their continued confidence in the team's and agency's social media performance Maintain a strong understanding of media and technology advancements that impact the client's business, providing informed guidance and strategic recommendationsProfile A successful Account Executive should have: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or Account Management experience to date Proven sales experience in the Media & Agency industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of sales performance metricsJob Offer A competitive salary range of £34,500 - £36,500 A vibrant company culture that values creativity and innovation Hybrid working, with increased flexibility Opportunities for professional development and growth The chance to work in the exciting Media & Agency industry in Salford Company wide bonus schemes Collaborative working environments Exposure to large industry potential with L&D support
