About the Role
As a CRM Solutions Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in bridging customer requirements with technical capabilities, designing and configuring our proprietary CRM platform to provide high-value business solutions. This role combines your technical know-how with customer-facing expertise, making you instrumental in delivering solutions that are not only effective but tailored to each client’s unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Requirements Gathering
o Manage customer support tickets and deliver timely, effective solutions.
o Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand client business objectives.
o Document detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
o Design and propose tailored solutions that meet customer goals.
2. System Configuration & Development
o Configure and customize our CRM platform, leveraging skills in SQL, JavaScript, and C# to fulfill client requirements.
o Develop and modify system workflows and business processes using Business Process Management Notation (BPMN).
o Build custom features and enhance platform functionalities.
o Integrate third-party applications and systems when necessary to ensure comprehensive CRM solutions.
3. Project Delivery & Training
o Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring each is delivered on time and meets high standards.
o Conduct training sessions for end-users and produce comprehensive documentation.
o Perform extensive testing on implemented solutions to guarantee quality.
o Provide post-deployment support and ongoing maintenance to maintain high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proficient in SQL and database design principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to solutions.
* Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Practical experience with CRM systems and business process automation.
* Skilled in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Desired Skills
* Experience with CRM systems and business process automation.
* Proficiency in C# and .NET development frameworks.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
* Competent in JavaScript programming.
* Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and process automation.
* Familiarity with API integrations and integration methodologies.
* Understanding of agile methodologies.
* Previous experience in a technical, customer-facing role is advantageous.
