Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain financial records and systems in accordance with school policies.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
* Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending to ensure financial targets are met.
* Prepare financial reports and provide support with audit preparations.
* Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Maintain accurate student records in relation to funding and financial support.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team and senior leadership.
