The Best Connection Birmingham is recruiting on behalf of a reputable manufacturing company in Birmingham for an experienced Accounts Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with a competitive salary and excellent working hours. The vacancy is ongoing with an opportunity to become permanent following a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoicing: Manage and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Quotations: Create and issue quotations to customers as required.
* Payroll: Assist with payroll processing for employees.
* CIS/BAP Systems: Use and maintain CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) and BAP (Business Activity and Processing) systems.
Requirements:
* Experience in accounts administration or a similar role.
* Good working knowledge of CIS and BAP systems.
* Experience with payroll and invoicing.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
* £12.50 - £13.00 dependant on experience
Working hours:
* Monday-Friday
* 08:30-16:30
