We are seeking a Responsible Individual to join our team in the children's care sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience of managing a children's residential care home. You will be the operations lead to our Ofsted regulated children's care home in Runcorn. Salary - Negotiable Duties Provide the necessary support to the care home Manager ensuring that high standards of care. Ensure that the support and development for both our residents and staff are delivered and maintained inline with Ofsted guidance. Collaborating with local authorities and other childcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents and staff. Use your knowledge and experience to support the companies plans for growth with your business development skills. Requirements Must have at least 3 years experience of Managing a children's residential care home Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or social care sector Excellent communication skills to liaise with the management team/staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work remotely.
