Contracts Manager, Asbestos Removal.

This division is highly regarded throughout the remediation and enabling disciplines and has completed complex and high-profile projects in challenging environments for various clients including Petro-Chem clients, international property conglomerates, and the NHS.
Role Overview:
The Contracts Manager role will involve assisting the existing management team in the day-to-day operations of providing a service to an in-house and external client base. This includes ensuring contracts are completed safely, profitably, and timely while delivering high levels of service and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include pricing works, directly managing multiple ongoing projects, and developing new opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage, control, and oversee all aspects of the contract(s).
2. Communicate effectively with all levels within the organisation (Directors, Site Managers, Site Operatives, and Sub-Contractors).
3. Ensure contracts are executed on site to a high standard and compliant with health and safety regulations while liaising with clients.
4. Understand all financial aspects of the management process from start to finish in accordance with company policies.
5. Handle incoming sales enquiries, develop new business leads, and maintain client bases.
6. Compile risk assessments, method statements, tenders, PPQs, and ASBS notifications.
7. Manage all training requirements.
8. Manage all equipment servicing and maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role for a licensed Asbestos Removal Business.
2. Hold ARCA (or equivalent) Licensed Contracts Manager Refresher.
3. Extensive industry experience, including all asbestos legislation.
4. Capability to organise and run several varied projects.
5. IT literate; familiarity with programming software such as MS Project and Asta is advantageous.
6. Good communication, literacy, and organisational skills.
7. Fully aware of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation with the ability to produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
8. Good commercial awareness.
9. Management experience with behavioural awareness.
10. Full UK Driving Licence.
