* Competitive hourly rate: £14.00 per hour
* Varying shift times, including 07:00-20:30 with alternate weekends required
* Part-time day shifts available

About the Role

Main Responsibilities
1. Lead and supervise a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve staff engagement, retention, and overall team performance
3. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A relevant qualification in care or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management position within the care sector
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to delivering exceptional care and customer service
