Job Title: Food Production Team Leader
Location: Redditch
Salary: £28,787 PERMANENT ROLE
Training period: Mon- Fri 6am-3pm
From September (once trained): Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm
From January you should be able to move to: Mon- Fri 6am-3pm
Purpose: To manage and control the daily running of production lines to the correct speeds/manning and maintaining the correct product quality.
Minimum Requirements: MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OVER EXPERIENCE IN A FOOD PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

Knowledge & Experience:
* Experience in a fast chilled food manufacturing environment (Advantageous)
* Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing to fulfil all aspects of the role i.e., being able to communicate in the business language (English), complete legal paperwork and understand company policies and procedures
