Job summary A vacancy has arisen to work within Children and Young People's Services as a receptionist in our Park Lane Clinic, Workington. The post holders will provide a proactive, comprehensive administration and reception service which will include welcoming young people and families/carers to the clinic, handling telephone enquiries, actioning email requests, data entry, dealing with incoming /outgoing post and other general office duties. A high level of organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required along with good IT skills. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage. This position offers excellent opportunities to develop your administrative skills within the NHS. Main duties of the job The post holder will be working alongside a team of Administrators, Administration Team Lead, Team Managers and Clinical Managers with allocated duties to support the administration function for this team. A good knowledge of Microsoft packages and typing qualifications are essential for this role.
