Duties include, planning, monitoring and controlling workflow; handling, storage, processing, sharing and retention of confidential child protection information; running statistical reports for analysis and liaising with operational staff and managers. You will work as an effective member of the Central Administration Team within Education Resources delivering a quality service which supports managers and staff and contributes to positive office environment. Additional Support Needs Transport - You will be involved in administrative support relating to tendering for transport for pupils with additional support needs and the payment of contractors as well as liaising and dealing with enquiries from educational establishments, parents and contractors. Inclusion - You will be involved in administrative support relating to child protection and the placement of pupils with additional support needs as part of the Inclusion Admin team working closely with officers in the Inclusion Service.
The successful applicants should have experience of working in an office or administration setting and should possess a sound knowledge of IT with good keyboard, oral and written communication skills.
