One More Bear is a high-end Teddy Bear and Baby shop, based in Trentham Retail Village. We have traded here for the past 15 years and are well established. Our brands include Jellycat, Steiff, Charlie Bears, and much more.
Job Overview
We are currently seeking Seasonal Associates to join our team for a temporary period up to Christmas. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support on the shop floor during our peak season.
Shifts
This position is a 1-day weekend position. The weekend day will vary.
Duties
* Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Support with restocking merchandise.
* Upsell products to enhance customer experience.
Experience
* Prior experience in retail or customer service is essential.
