Our client, a Tier 1 main contractor, requires an experienced Site Manager for a project in Redcar. The Site Manager will need experience in leading their own projects as a number one. You will run the project and provide essential support for new sites while leading and working within a team to facilitate the success of our projects.

3. Understanding of the management of Health & Safety in addition to current knowledge of obligations.
4. Knowledge of all aspects of the build process including building legislations.
5. Proactive and good organisational skills.
6. Good writing and communication skills in English.
7. Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft packages (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
8. Willingness and ability to learn new technology and relevant software packages.
9. Competence in using the relevant business systems to suit the job role.

What you need:
1. A Construction management related qualification.
2. Leadership experience in the construction industry.

4. SMSTS qualified (Support provided to obtain this prior to starting on site if required).
5. Competent in Health and Safety practice.
6. First aid knowledge (Support provided to obtain this prior to starting on site if required).
