Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Leicester (Full-time)
Reporting To: Key Account Director
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at My Home Move/Simplify. Based in Leicester, you will be responsible for managing the operational relationship between My Home Move/Simplify and Purple Bricks, ensuring exceptional client service and performance. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a keen eye for managing operational performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop effective working relationships with key contacts within Purple Bricks.
* Oversee the performance of lawyers on our panel to ensure service standards are met, using management information systems.
* Act as a point of escalation for issues raised by referring customers and Purple Bricks.
* Monitor customer satisfaction feedback and implement strategies for improving the customer experience.
* Attend team meetings, providing insights on performance and ensuring best practices are followed.
* Provide training to staff at Purple Bricks and group law firms on the My Home Move/Simplify processes and systems.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance and optimize profitability.
* Analyse data, identify trends, and resolve escalations efficiently.
* Maintain a calm, diplomatic approach when managing conflict and customer issues.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven ability to build and manage strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
* A strong customer service focus with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as process-driven working methods.
* An ability to assess situations and make independent decisions, with a results-oriented approach.
* Legal qualifications are desirable but not essential. We support career development and offer training opportunities.
