About the Role:
This Pension Fund Administrator position involves administering Group Person Pension schemes, providing guidance to clients, and liaising with insurance providers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in DC/Group Personal Pension Administration, preferably in an Employee Benefits Consultancy, Brokerage, or Financial Services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer Group Person Pension schemes, including auto-enrolment, pension contributions, and withdrawals.
* Provide guidance on pension scheme administration and resolve client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Liaise with insurance providers to manage scheme set ups, renewals, and amendments.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of DC/Group Personal Pension Administration experience, preferably in an Employee Benefits Consultancy, Brokerage, or Financial Services firm.
* Strong understanding and experience of auto-enrolment and contribution calculations.
* Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulations.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
