We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our supportive team within the nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the child with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans and strategies for students with additional needs.
* Promote an inclusive environment and support students’ social and emotional development.
* Provide one-to-one support for students with varying degrees of learning difficulties, autism, or other specific needs.
* Help students with physical and/or personal care as required.
* Liaise with other staff, including SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), to monitor and evaluate progress.
* Maintain accurate records and help in the assessment of students’ progress.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) especially Autism and communicational language.
* A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
* Good understanding of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
