Teaching Personnel – Supply Teacher – Bournemouth Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school environments, covering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities in Key Stage 5. You’ll be expected to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a positive learning environment in line with each school’s behaviour policies. About the Role: Work across a wide range of mainstream secondary schools within the BCP and Dorset areas Teach students aged 11–16 (KS3 & KS4), with potential to cover Post-16 (KS5) depending on school Be confident in managing behaviour and ensuring students remain on task Flexible working patterns available – full-time or part-time to suit your availability Ideal for graduates or aspiring teachers looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing teacher training All lesson plans and resources will be provided – your role is to deliver the lesson and maintain engagement Cover a variety of subjects depending on school needs Build strong relationships with students and staff, contributing to a positive school culture Contract Details: Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Role: Supply Teacher / Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher Type: Flexible, temporary work Start Date: ASAP Pay: From £130 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities) Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recent experience working with children/young people in a school setting Strong communication and classroom management skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of young people To work with Teaching Personnel, you must: Have the Right to Work in the UK Hold a child-only enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one Provide two professional references, preferably school-based All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
