How You Will Make an Impact
* You will familiarize yourself with current Good Manufacturing Practices and relevant international standards, ensuring their effective application.
* You will assist in managing deviation systems and conduct investigations to identify root causes.
* You will take charge of implementing and reviewing the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
* You will support customer complaint systems and perform investigations to resolve issues effectively.
* Your role includes creating and reviewing Product Quality Review Reports to uphold compliance and quality standards.
* You will engage in batch review activities for licensed medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and foods to ensure quality release.
* You will create and update batch certificates to maintain accurate documentation.
* In addition, you will provide quality insights and support relevant meetings, ensuring all activities align with regulations and guidelines for all products.
* You ensure all improvement opportunities are in line with ISO or other applicable standards and also all manufacturing operations are defined and documented to ensure optimum performance.
What We Are Looking For
* You should have GCSE Grade C or above in English and Math.
* You are expected to be educated to ‘A’ Level standard in science.
* You should possess a degree in a related subject, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in quality management, or at least 5 years of experience in quality management systems.
* Ideally you gained first experience using a Quality Management System.
* You are proficient in SAP, MasterControl, QPulse, or other eQMS/eDMS systems, as well as Minitab.
* You should have moderate IT skills.
* You are knowledgeable in the letter and application of regulations and guidelines applicable to the products handled.
