The Estates and Facilities Management team now has over 700 colleagues who between us are responsible for projects, engineering, maintenance, sustainability, property, grounds, gardens, domestic services, catering, residential, and student accommodation. Estates and Facilities Management is an ever-changing department which is why we\\\'re looking for passionate, confident, and flexible people to join us in keeping the department functioning at its best. Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for: As an excellent communicator, you will work closely with and support colleagues across the department, providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring policies and procedures are met. You should be confident in meeting minutes at a high level and have a willingness to learn and adapt to change. Applicants should have well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work flexibly and independently while managing their own workload. For this role, the successful candidate will require excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. The post holder is required to have experience of multitasking and previous experience working in an office-based environment. Previous knowledge of the University systems for recruitment and procurement such as Agresso and ITrent are welcome, but not essential as full training will be provided.
