London with Travel, Salary £80,000 per annum
An UHNW client is seeking an experienced, proactive, and flexible Rota Nanny.
Family's main home is in Central London. This role is to start by December 2024.
There are 2 children, one child who attends boarding school, and a girl, 8 years old, who attends school in London.
It is a must that the Rota Nanny is highly educated with a can-do attitude, and has experience working in UHNW busy households, with checkable references.
Brief description of duties includes (but not limited to)
1. Ensure that the children’s health, safety, and general well-being is appropriately managed, and raise any concerns with the Principal.
2. Responsible for encouraging children’s social skills and guiding their personal development in every other way.
3. Help the children with their homework which will include languages (French, English, and others as directed by the Principal), Mathematics, and other staple subjects (and as directed by the Principal).
4. Manage children’s health including attending doctor visits, dispensing medication, and keeping the medicines organised and well stocked.
5. Manage children’s wardrobes whilst always referring to and managing their full inventory.
6. When travelling with children, take care of their clothing, entertainment, and organising their timetables etc. This includes some laundress duties and wardrobe organisation.
7. Managing children’s diary, often including lists, schedules (ever-changing plans), and spreadsheets - must have strong IT skills.
The Rota Nanny must have:

3. Confident and fair with discipline
4. Extremely well organised - always thinking ahead
5. Well presented at all times
6. Flexibility is key within this role
7. Longevity within previous positions
8. Confident with IT
Schedule: 3 weeks on/off
Hours: 24/7 when on shift
Accommodation: A room near the children's bedroom with own bathroom
Location: Central London - this role comes with extensive travel
Salary: £80,000 GPA
