Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to support business objectives.
* Identify and engage potential partners across various industries, including retail, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
* Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that create mutual value and long-term success.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of partnership initiatives.
* Monitor partnership performance, analysing key metrics and optimise strategies for success.
* Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
* Represent the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings to build relationships and drive visibility.

Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a partnership, business development, or sales role.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing and managing successful collaborations.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
* Experience working within the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry is desirable but not essential.
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
