The Impact You’ll Make: As a Night Supervisor, you will serve as the property Person on Duty and oversee the Front Office function and all property operations during the overnight shift. Our Night Audit Supervisor takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Night Audit Supervisor makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serves as the property Person on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift.
2. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift.
3. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation.
4. Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks.
5. Process guest check-ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys.
6. Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns.
7. Provide and oversee accurate audit of all deskwork and transactions from the day and ensure full night audit function is carried out in accordance with hotel procedures, full audit documentation is completed and forwarded to the Finance team.
8. Accurately record all relevant room and F&B statistics.
9. Check daily ledger accounts for correctness, resolving any discrepancies.
10. Process check-outs and resolving any disputed charges.
11. Process payments and room charges.
12. Ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained in a secure conditional with regular security checks carryout out.

The ideal candidate is a team player, fast learner, adaptable, and possesses exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should be:

16. Previous Front Office Experience essential.
17. Minimum of 1 year Opera Experience preferred.
18. Preferably a Personal License Holder and First Aider
