Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and collection. Proactively investigating and resolving billing discrepancies. Developing and implementing new processes to improve efficiency. Collaborating with other Accounting & Finance teams to streamline procedures. Maintaining client relationships and managing queries. Preparing financial statements and reports. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Profile A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have: A strong educational background in Accounting or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the Property sector. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
