Job overview
To participate in the provision and maintenance of a comprehensive pharmaceutical service as part of a flexible working team in line with current policies and procedures for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are looking for suitable candidates for both our invoicing & ordering teams within Pharmacy procurement.

* Working within the pharmacy procurement team processing orders & invoices.
* You will need to be able to work independently, manage your own time and workload, whilst liaising with other team members when required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our expanding pharmacy team. The team at Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust comprises approximately 500 pharmacy staff working across five sites and is one of the biggest pharmacy departments in the country.
Our inclusive and diverse pharmacy department has a strong clinical presence in all areas. We are innovative and forward-thinking and have invested in a host of technical improvements, including robotics and a state-of-the-art, multi-million-pound technical services unit. We offer a wide range of roles across different areas of the service including clinical ward services, aseptic services, homecare, medicines supply, medicines information, clinical trials, and research.

Person specification
Qualifications
* General Education including Maths and English at GCSE grade 4/C or above equivalent experience/qualifications.
* NVQ level II qualification in Pharmacy Services skills, Business Administration Studies or Information Technology (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards achieving NVQ II in Pharmacy services.
* Microsoft Office packages – evidence of short courses or relevant experience.
* Willingness to work towards CIPS qualification up to level 3.
Experience
* Experience in general office work including invoice clerking and customer service.
* Knowledge of CMM pharmacy-based computer systems.
* Experience of working as part of a team.
