About the Role An Independent school in Barnet requires a skilled Physics Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, full-time position. You will deliver engaging physics lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a qualified Physics Teacher. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Physics Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum. Prepare students for GCSE examinations and practical assessments. Develop students' scientific understanding and practical skills. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of physics resources. Potentially lead physics-related extracurricular activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physics. Proven experience in teaching physics at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physics.
