In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed. Main duties of the job As a Practice Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will Use your expert clinical skills and demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide ranging and complex patient problems. Be accountable for your own practice, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention. Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in providing quality, evidence based health care to meet the immediate needs of the patient.
