We’re working exclusively with a leading Residential Construction Organisation to find a Health & Safety Construction Advisor to support complex construction projects across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a permanent, site-based position with 1 day per week working from home.
You'll work across in-house developments and joint venture schemes, typically RC frame, high-rise, and traditional builds, while being part of a respected and growing corporate H&S team.

35-Hour Working Week. What you’ll be doing:
Advise across a mix of development projects ranging from traditional build through to high-rise RC frame projects.
Carry out audits, inspections, investigations, and RAMS reviews
Engage directly with site teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders
Drive compliance with CDM regs, HSE legislation, and internal safety standards
Promote a positive safety culture while being empowered to challenge, educate, and lead What we’re looking for:
NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate (or equivalent),
Tech IOSH or above (actively maintaining CPD),
Strong knowledge of RC frame, High Rise Construction, Cladding, or Construction.
Experience working across multi-site construction environments.
Able to influence site behaviours with confidence and empathy.
Full UK driving licence
