Job Description
Our client is a leading, reputable international law firm are now looking for a collaborative and solutions focused Senior HR Advisor to join their team in their busy London office on a permanent basis. This role is to cover a job share position, working 2 days per week.
The primary focus of this role is to provide day to day HR business partnering support to one of the firms practice groups, working closely with the Senior HRBPs and centres of excellence. Managing a broad HR generalist role, alongside the wider HRBP team.
Key Duties Include:
1. Acting as a trusted adviser and sounding board for lawyers and partners.
2. Participating in management meetings to facilitate the resolution of operational people issues and to help drive the people strategy.
3. Producing and analysing data to support decision-making and making recommendations for change as appropriate.
4. Acting as the first point of contact for lawyers in relation to HR issues; provide guidance and support to ensure that all employee issues are resolved, with the emphasis on building excellent relationships and instilling trust.
5. Co-ordinating the delivery of performance management, performance review and salary review and bonus processes.
