Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the South Glos Recovery South Team. The days required to work will need to meet the needs of the service. This role is a full time post. The Recovery Team is a very busy team who also support the Medical Lead for the South Glos locality. The post holder will have telephone contact with Service Users and play an important role in helping the service run efficiently. This role can be very varied at times and you will be expected to cover other team member's workloads during any periods of absences. Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive secretarial skills, good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work alone using own initiative as well as working within a team. Computer Literacy Skills: current in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is essential. Qualifications Desirable: RSA typing/Word processing Stage II or equivalent. Main duties of the job First point of contact for telephone calls to the Recovery South team in South Glos locality. You will be monitoring community targets (KPIs), using Rio patient systems and working closely with Clinicians and other administrators. Supporting the team manager as required, note taking at meetings, using email and other NHS systems. Occasional cover of other departments required. This position is based at Kingswood Civic Centre.
