Here at The Penny Group, our Client Service Team is responsible for the delivery of key services to our advisers and paraplanners in support of our clients, including the provision of portfolio reports, pre-meeting documentation, reviewing client cash accounts, implementing new business and providing other services, as required. In addition, the Client Service Team Associate is required to maintain and keep up to date the relevant systems used for the delivery of our services. A career administrator with previous experience, returning to work An entry level candidate wanting to gain foundation experience in financial services and build on this over time Career progression is encouraged, although the successful candidate would need to be prepared to establish themselves in this role before progressing. Candidates must have a keen interest in financial services. Whilst some previous financial services administrative experience is preferred, it is not essential. However, the candidate should have an understanding of what a financial services business offers its clients. Our positions are initially office based to increase the opportunities to learn from colleagues.
