As our Team Coordinator, you'll be the vital link ensuring the smooth running of our service. You'll be the first point of contact for the team supporting families, providing a welcoming and reassuring presence to the team as they navigate challenging times. Your work will directly contribute to helping children access the mental health support they need to thrive. You will be supported by a dedicated Service Manager, along with a dedicated Head of Clinical Service.
Main duties of the job
You'll be responsible for:
1. Managing referrals and coordinating appointments, ensuring timely access to care.
2. Providing exceptional leadership, clinically and managerially leading the team along with administrative support to our clinical team.
3. Being a friendly and efficient point of contact for families, schools, GPs and other agencies across our communities.
4. Maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Education
* Educated to Masters Level in relevant profession.
* Registered Mental Nurse or aligned profession eg OT/Social Worker
* Professional Registration SWE; HCPC; NMC
Professional
* Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of contemporary practice within CYPMH services.
* Demonstrates knowledge of NHS change agendas and strategic service planning by the Department of Health.
* Previous experience of managing within mental health services.

* Empathic with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interact at all levels of the organisation.
