TheRole:
As the Client SolutionsManager, you will play a pivotal role in driving businessefficiency for a diverse client base through innovative technologysolutions and exceptional relationship building. You willcollaborate closely with existing clients to identify technologyneeds and create customised solutions.

The core responsibilities of this role includeclient engagement, developing technology roadmaps, and deliveringtailored solutions. A comprehensive understanding of an MSP's techstack and the critical role of various technologies in businessoperations is essential.
Key Duties andResponsibilities
* Collaboratewith existing clients to gain a deep understanding of their currentand future tech requirements, challenges andgoals.
* Identify, and suggest opportunities forimprovement and participate effectively in the process ofinnovative change.
* Develop and managetechnology roadmaps in alignment with clients' needs andorganisational capabilities
* Ensure high levelsof client satisfaction by consistently delivering effective andinnovative technology solutions
* Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to oversee and participatein the technical design of client project work and internal projectwork as required.
* Provide mentorship andsupport to junior team members.
* Partner withthe Senior Leadership Team to develop solutions for new customersand ensure the successful execution of technicalprojects.
* Engage as required in discussionswith potential new clients, particularly in the absence of seniorteam members
* Work closely with the technicalteam to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and providefeedback to enhance service offerings
* Establishand maintain systems, procedures, and methodologies to deliver anexceptional customer experience.
* Fulfiladditional tasks or responsibilities as requested to support theteam's objectives.
Essential Experience &Qualifications Requirements
* Demonstratedexperience within a Managed Service Provider(MSP)
* Experience with MSP technology stackproducts including email security solutions, backup systems, andcybersecurity measures.
* Full Driving licenceand own transport.
