Position - Commercial Renewals Account Executive Location - Orpington Salary - Negotiable plus benefits Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Renewals Account Executive to join our professional and friendly team in Orpington. Our office provides high-quality, specialist products to both Personal and Commercial clients across the UK. By focusing on the specific needs of our clients, we have maintained one of the highest customer satisfaction and retention rates in the industry. This position is ideal for someone with a background in broking or insurance, a strong knowledge of commercial products, and a proven track record of meeting targets and developing new client relationships. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Converting renewal business in line with or exceeding company targets. Preparing market presentations for renewal reports. Liaising with insurers and clients before and after the sale of renewals. Checking covers, warranties, and endorsements to ensure accuracy with quotations. Handling mid-term adjustments. Managing inbound and outbound calls. Corresponding with clients and insurance companies. Cross-selling additional products where appropriate. Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. Managing individual workflow and maintaining an effective diary. Keeping accurate training records. Sharing ideas and suggestions for business improvement. Reporting any backlog, debt recovery, or contentious issues to management in a timely manner.
