A bit about the job: In this role, you'll ensure transformation programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Efficiently manage resources across projects to ensure optimal use. Keep stakeholders well informed by effectively communicating progress, addressing concerns, and challenging the status quo. Foster collaboration by breaking down silos and encouraging open communication and teamwork. Ensure strategic alignment and integration of multiple projects within the transformation program with the wider business strategy, while managing risks and issues ensuring that they are identified, assessed, and mitigated appropriately. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience in Finance is Essential Professional qualifications – Prince 2 / APM / PMI is Desirable Proven ability to leverage Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery, budgeting, and financial alignment. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience in fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve strategic goals and successful outcomes.
