This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic and supportive team, working with a varied caseload. Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse mix of Claimant and Respondent work, including: Grievance and disciplinary proceedings Unfair dismissal Redundancies Discrimination and harassment TUPE matters Employment contracts, handbooks, and policies Previous advocacy experience would be an advantage. Engaging in marketing and business development activities to help grow the employment department. The Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years PQE in employment law. Strong client care skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. A proactive, confident approach to both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. Advocacy experience is a plus. Enthusiasm for contributing to business development and firm growth.
