IT Support Engineer – Manchester/Hybrid - £32K


Active Directory / Office 365 / Windows Servers / Network Infrastructure


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Services Provider in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across the Greater Manchester region.


This role will offer 3/4 days working at home per week, with the other 1/2 days spent either in the Manchester office or on a client site.


Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a fast-paced MSP environment however it is not essential. You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.


In this role, you will:

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems, networks, and applications
* Maintain and update internal systems and infrastructure
* Document technical solutions and create technical guides
