Who we are looking for:
* You will be the go-to skincare expert providing personal, tailored recommendations to empower our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident in their skin.
* A natural leader - you will lead, develop, and share your expertise with your team of skincare experts, setting them up for success and ensuring all their interactions with our clients are authentic and unforgettable.

* An individual with a track record of delivering retail KPI’s and targets through exceptional customer interactions.
As the Counter Manager you will oversee:
RETAIL MANAGEMENT
* Achieve and exceed retail and KPI targets for your counter, whilst identifying and reacting to retail opportunities/challenges to maximize results, ensuring plans are executed with the vision of long-term success.
* Effectively managing your resources and scheduling to maximise the retail opportunity.
* Collaborate with your Area Manager, head office teams and department managers to identify opportunities which could increase performance.
* Manage the counter targeting process to ensure clear and accurate targets and KPI’s are set for each team member.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
* Being a leader comes naturally to you, you will coach and develop your team on product knowledge, brand values and exquisite, first-class service to provide unforgettable experiences for our clients.
* You will observe and connect with your team members regularly offering feedback on opportunities that you spot to drive their development and achieve the best possible results.
* Onboard any new starters on your counter to immerse them into the world of Helena Rubinstein, ensuring they are set up for success from the get-go.
OPERATIONS
* Ensure retail excellence of the brand image is executed on counter and displays at all times.
* Maintain a clear and hygienic work area adhering to the hygiene rules and brand guidelines.
* Ensure any tech and retail driving equipment is in working order.
Support and Development:
* You will receive a full induction to immerse you into the world of Helena Rubinstein, receiving all the product knowledge, application techniques and brand history that you will need to set you up for success in the role.
* Ongoing training will be provided by the team to ensure you are up to date with new product launches and key moments within the brand.
